Delivery times
Please allow the following delivery times:

UK standard service
Usually takes 3-4 days but Royal Mail suggests allowing up to 7 days. Because orders will often not fit through letter boxes they are not left by the Post Office. You should receive a card saying they were unable to deliver - but these cards are not always left. Please check with your local sorting office to see if the books are there awaiting collection. If you have done this and have still not received you book please email info@booksdirectlimited.com For postage costs please see below.

UK courier next day service
For orders received by 2pm your order can be dispatched for delivery the next business day. A signature is required upon delivery. If this is likely to cause a problem please contact us and we can try and resolve this.

Europe service (airmail)

World service (airmail)

Delivery problems
We aim to dispatch all books within or the next working day after you place your order - subject to the book being in stock.

There are a number of stages to our system. Please check that you have recieved a confirmation of your order by email from Worldpay (that you have paid using their secure e-banking system). If you have not received an email from Worldpay you have probably not been charged for the goods and your order has failed for some reason. If you want to confirm this please email info@booksdirectlimited.com.

Once payment of your order is processed you will receive an invoice from Ovolo Publishing Ltd by email detailing your order. Please check these details. If any of them are incorrect please email info@booksdirectlimited.com. as soon as possible.

When your goods are dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification by email. Please leave an appropriate period for delivery before contacting us. For details of UK delivery times please see Delivery times.

UK
Second Class UK postage and packing costs are based on weight of books purchased and are shown in the shopping basket. You can see the price of each delivery method and make you informed choice at that point. For delivery times please see above.

First class UK postage and packing costs are based on weight of books purchased and are shown in the shopping basket. You can see the price of each delivery method and make you informed choice at that point.

Next day UK courier service should mean delivery during the following working day for orders received by midday. Orders received after this will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery 24 hours later

Europe

World
